NIYANTRAN (CONTROL) SET LINER HANGER

Niyantran (Control) set liner hanger technology is designed to wash and ream a liner to bottom without fear of hydraulically setting the liner hanger prematurely. This is accomplished by adding a second hydraulic cylinder attached to the upper cylinder and position, so that it maintains the Hanger in balance until the upper hydraulic cylinder is isolated by dropping a ball.

The Hydraulic Set Liner Hanger with bonded element provide a method for suspending a liner off bottom and in tension by anchoring, or hanging, the top of the liner in existing casing.

LINER TOP PACKER WITH BONDED ELEMENT

The compression set liner Top packer with integral Slip that utilizes the High Performance BS Seal Packing Element design. The innovative BS seal element is designed and constructed to endure exceptionally high circulation rates up to 15 bpm and achieve high-pressure and – temperature sealing in the most demanding wellbore environments.

HYDRAULIC RELEASE RUNNING TOOL

WC-HRT-E provides a means to carry a liner down hole, set a liner hanger and release from the liner prior to or, if desired, after cementing. The primary releasing mechanism is hydraulic with an emergency mechanical back-up release system. This tool carries the weight of the liner on a fully supported collet assembly with no threads that could back off and drop the liner while running in the hole.

ROTATING BALL SEAT SUB

The Rotating Ball Seat Sub is installed in the run-in string below the liner setting tool. The Rotating Ball Seat Sub provides a means to temporarily plug the liner run-in string and allow hydraulic pressure to be applied to hydraulically release the HRT-E Setting Tool or to set a hydraulic set liner hanger.

RETRIEVABLE PACK OFF BUSHING

WC-RPOB-1 provides a superior liner to work string seal that retrieves with removal of the liner running/setting tools, and eliminates any bushing drill-out. It is pressure-balanced assembly that does not exert any damaging loads onto the polished cementing seal joint. All seals are provided in material. Locking-dog assemblies are spring-loaded to insure positive engagement, particularly in high-angle or horizontal applications. It is easily installed in the field and requires no special handling or assembly tools.

DRILL PIPE WIPER PLUG

WELLCARE Drill Pipe Wiper Plug is used to wipe the inside of drill pipe and running tools behind the cement, providing a mechanical barrier between the cement and spacer fluid.

LINER WIPER PLUG RUNNING TOOL

The Liner wiper plug Running tool has been designed in order to increase the reliability and improve the performance of current single plug offerings. The attachment mechanism is now a collet as opposed to shear pins. Liner Wiper Plug Running tool incorporates a safety device to ensure that the cement job is displaced through the liner.

TIE BACK SEAL NIPPLE PACKER

Wellcare Tieback Seal Nipple Packer is Compression Set, Liner Top Isolation Packer that is most frequently run on drill pipe to repair a liner lap leak or for a mono bore liner top completion, using a mechanical setting tool and a liner setting sleeve with PBR Extension.

ROTATING PACKER SETTING TOOL

The Rotating Packer Setting Tool is installed between the main body of the HR & RH Running Tool and the Handling Nipple. The Rotating Packer Setting Tool is designed to apply set down weight to Compression set liner top packers.

TUBING SWIVEL SUB

WELLCARE Tubing Swivel sub is designed for upper string rotate freely and lower string remains Static. Tubing Swivel Sub is normally used where Mechanical Set Liner Hanger run in a highly deviated or horizontal wellbore. This tool is designed with high load roller bearings which ensure the tool functions properly in tension or compression.
