A well-established Quality System from Materials receipt to Products delivery ensures consistent quality at all levels of the activity. The required inspection and test facilities are installed in the house. The company complies with all the legal, statutory and regulatory requirements.

The facility is equipped with the latest machining facilities like CNC 3-axis Turning centers, CNC 4-axis milling center, Center Lathe Machines, Deep Hole Drilling, Boring & Honing Machines enabling the Company to meet its production target. Design Department is equipped with CAD and Pro-E facilities and has on rolls qualified & experienced engineers and has been engaged in the development of new products as required in the market place.

WELLCARE has furnished Downhole tools in several metallurgical configurations for service in different geologies, indigenous as well as international Companies. WELLCARE offers services of qualified and experienced engineers for customer training, running & redressing of it’s manufactured & supplied products in On-Shore and Off-Shore Oil & Gas Wells.

With continuous improvement in the field of Downhole tool equipments and consistent efforts over the decade, manufacturing of heavy duty products and its testing equipments is possible today. As a result of expansion, we started another division of WELLCARE named “Wellcare Oil Tools Unit-II Pvt. Ltd.” Where we not only manufacturing heavy duty Downhole tool equipments but also manufacture Elastomers. So we have established a separate in house facility for production of Elastomers, seal and centralisers named “Wellcare Downhole Pvt. Ltd.”, we are able to provide highly optimized High Quality products.

We expanded Wellcare’s infrastructure so that we can complete the industry and customer requirements. We are also building a new product that can change the downhole equipment’s future. With time Wellcare Unit-II has established advanced and latest manufacturing facilities that are equipped with customized machines.

We also have in house test well facility which is equipped with:

• 50 feet deep vertical well

• Casing size range from 2-7/8” to 13-3/8”

• Temperature Range: Upto 500 deg. F

• Accustomed to carry pressure test up to 20,000 PSI

• SCADA control panel for testing and reports

• Capable for V6 to V0 validation testing

• Maximum Load: 250 Tons

• Real time graphs are prepared including pressure, temperature and load

Wellcare Downhole Tool Pvt. Ltd. is dedicatedly engaged in the manufacturing of elastomer products and centralizer. We also manufacture customized die to maintain high end capacity of elastomer. Wellcare Downhole Tool is manufacturing one of the best quality in holding pressure rating and temperature in India. The downhole facility is equipped with the latest machining facilities to manufacture high-end elastomer and die. 

Wellcare Downhole Tool Polymer Engineering has supplied high performance seals, O-rings and custom molded rubber components into the oilfield industry. Our specialized elastomer grades are tailored to provide high sealing efficiency for systems operating in the most inhospitable environments in the world, resistant to Explosive decompression, Sour gas, Extreme temperatures, Aggressive chemicals.

Wellcare has experience sealing in high temperature, high pressure environments, such as ultra-deep water HP/HT applications of 15,000 psi and 177°C (350°F) and above.
